As a child I loved nature, and through observation concluded that there had to be a powerful, intelligent, and sensitive Creator to weave such a beautiful cosmos in to existence. Through rejection, heartache, and great loss I found myself searching for, and ending up in, the presence of God - and was changed! Today, I exist to usher all who will into this amazing life journey into the very Presence of God.
My Family
The greatest joy in my life has been raising two now adult children, who are both caring, compassionate people with an appetite for honesty and transparency. My family, like so many, has endured the destructive effects of divorce. However, we have also found a way forward into healing, through the uncomfortable kiln of honesty.
Personal
I have loved dogs as long as I have lived, and so many have been my best friends! All have loved me unconditionally. Everything outdoors has held my gaze or my imagination; hiking, camping, fishing, campfires, hunting (long ago), shooting sports, backpacking, canoeing, and non-technical climbing are always luring me back to them with their sirens’ call!
